The sound editor I used, Cool Edit, is no longer available. I used it to edit existing sounds, make new sounds, add effects, and more. Adobe Audition has taken its place but it is very expensive.




- Paint Shop Pro is an image and graphics editor and creator.




- AX-Cursors 4.5 is a nice cursor editor and library manager.




- Microangelo is an icon and cursor editor, creator, library, animator and more.
